START workshops are fully interactive and use a wide range of discussion, presentations and activities. Our aim is to remove the jargon and stigma around mental health and improve the confidence of staff working with some of the more difficult issues. The company was set up to make a difference and this continues to be the driving force behind all that we do.

Deborah is a qualified mental health professional who has also trained as a Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and Human Givens Psychotherapist. She has worked for many years within the Health and Education Services. Having worked as the specialist nurse for looked after children and care leavers. Deborah has a wealth of experience in working with vulnerable young people and their carers.
